Every collection of Martin Margiela have a number, the "3" is now for fragrances. This perfume has been created with L'Oreal, bottle designed in collaboration with Baron & Baron.

Funny thing is that a lot of pattern packagings I have found are made for soaps/cosmetics. From the top: Lucia Soaps, Daub & Bauble, Claus Porto Soap, and Cowshed (these ones are the old pack, but I liked them anyway).
